FAQ's - Costs

Q: How much does it cost to play football with the Dawgs?
A: The player fee is $300. There are also ancillary costs associated with playing, and you can spend as little or as much as you want here. These costs involve things like cleats, under armor, gloves, etc.

Q: Is there a multi-player discount?
A: Yes, there is! Please see below for discount options.

Family Discount

  • First child - regular price $300
  • 2nd child - $275 ($25 discount)

Q: What if we can't afford the player fee?
A: The Cedarburg Dawgs Youth Football organization has a limited number of scholarships available for families that can demonstrate financial difficulty. Please contact a
board president for more information. All scholarship awards are kept confidential.

Q: What additional equipment will I have to purchase for my child?
A: Each child must have cleats ($25 and up), football pants, and a mouth guard ($1 and up). We recommend a couple practice jerseys. There are many other items that are recommended but not mandatory. These include under armor, gloves, etc. See the
equipment FAQ page for more equipment info.

A: Keeping in mind that costs vary slightly from year to year, this is the approximate breakdown per player:

  • Jersey
  • Equipment reconditioning
  • League fees
  • Field fees
  • Officials
  • New equipment/supplies
